Hotéis com SPA em Costa Sul

"The room needs a lot of maintenance. The door is swollen and almost impossible to open, close and lock. The one window needs to be replaced. The lamp light had to be replaced, as well as the TV. The amenities in the bathroom were extremely sparse. There were no facial tissues. The patio was full of weeds. Breakfast was the best meal. All the staff were very nice and provided excellent service"

"The room was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We were vvery well looked after."

"Staff were lovely"

"We had a wonderful stay at Saddlers :). Milky is a wonderfully attentive host. Attended to our every need & was very knowledgeable about local restaurants and places of interest too. We had a very relaxing stay."

"The room and bathroom was updated. Major issue is the soap dispenser on the wall of the tub, it does not work because of the pump. Had to use the soap pump on hand washing sink. Window glass could use some cleaning and the cobwebs on the top left corner needed to be removed. Staffs are very nice. I had some issues trying to turn off the TV. Paid Breakfast available."

"I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2."

"A lovely gem in the country. Great for walker. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room and it was sorted - no fuss. The food was excellent and great selection for breakfast. Well worth a visit. 👍"

"Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. À l'arrivée nous avons eu une agréable surprise de trouver un petit mot et une boîte de gâteaux ce qui a réconforté nos enfants qui n'avaient pas goûté et avait fait 4 heures de route. Nous sommes français notre anglais n'est pas parfait et les personnes à l'accueil ont pris le temps de nous expliquer toutes les modalités pour le dîner et le petit-déjeuner. La chambre était très propre nous avons eu des serviettes à disposition des produits pour se laver...
