"Very welcoming Michael on reception was very friendly and knowledgeable and CJ was very helpful as we were on a motorcycle and had 2 panniers and a top box to take upstairs to our room CJ kindly offered to take the 2 panniers to our room and that is now a rarity now a days for any hotel so good on ya"

"Our family of four, with two small children, absolutely loved our stay here. The property has been refurbished and fitted out to a high standard to create a little home away from home. It is the perfect location for spending days at Camber Sands beach and has the added bonus of extra onsite entertainment for the kids. Communication with the host was super quick, easy and helpful. "Nice place, perfect for a weekend. Good decor and in good condition. Confusion on whether a parking permit needed displaying (it didn’t) so waster about 30 mins trying to get past the Vrbo bots. Once we got a human all was cleared up. However it would be good if the manual were to be updated. Bed comfy. Seating for the dressing table to do makeup was a kind of beanbag which was a struggle and the lighting was tricky as there was very little natural light in the bedroom. Kitchen well equipped...
