"Generally clean, small condo conveniently located between downtown Ogunquit and Footbridge beach and Wells town line. Quick car rides to these locations. As all rentals have, there are quirks about this condo, however host was very quick to respond to questions. Both beds comfortable. FYI to taller guests: slopped & low ceilings on 2nd floor."

"Great little condo. Right on the beach! Balcony is wonderful, as is the view from the master. Second bedroom is definitely a “kids” room with the two bunk beds. Garage was great for a car, would not fit the height of a truck"

"Property was hard to locate. Inside, was very nice and clean. View was a 10/10 & balcony 10/10. The noise of the bar was crazy and didnt stop till 2am. Funiture and pictures vibrating, and this was the 4th floor. Cant image going there with a family with kids. Unless I was going to party, probably wouldnt stay here again. PS front door knob desperately needs to be fixed."

"The unit appears to be a freshly flipped property. The great thing about that is that it was immaculately clean with brand new appliances and lovely decor. Even the bedding appeared brand new. A cute addition were the little toiletry gift boxes in the each bathroom. Also, the management team were super friendly and helpful. It was obvious that they really cared about providing us with a comfortable stay. We encountered just a few minor blips. The key code wasn't working to the outer door upon...

"Easy access to Wells, Ogunquit and all places along the coast. Plenty of dining opportunities. Two big bedrooms, comfy beds, good kitchen and comfy place to sit in the evenings. Loved it. Would stay again!"

"While the photos look great, there were sadly quite a few things wrong with the place. A clogged bathroom sink; paint and drywall peeling; a stove stop that was so greasy we did not dare use it; the main kitchen light fixture barely hanging on. Not t mention the sofa whose springs literally jump out to greet you when you sit on it. Which means that you lose 2/3 of available seating. This was incidentally brought up in 2022 by another guest. "We liked how cute the property was and the amenities were perfect. We loved our studio room and would love to stay again. The ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and kind."

"Needed a night away with my husband. I booked a room here and it’s like a little mini condo. Had a sweet bedroom, bathroom and kitchen living room combo with recliners in the living room. Prices are extremely reasonable for a tourist area. The room was extremely clean and did not resemble hotels That I stay in. Highly recommended!!"
