"The property is very well located to the beach, town, bus and train station. The house is clean and very comfortable with so many extras like toys and beach items (buckets, spades, crabbing stuff, kites etc) which was a lovely surprise as I packed light! We had great communication from the host and all the house was full of really useful information about surrounding walks and attractions. As a family with young children we found this the perfect place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again"

"Tilly is an amazing host. Engaged but not intrusive. The property was perfect with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking can be tricky but not impossible. May just have to park around the corner. Details of facilities in the area were spot on and very useful. The Netflix went down just before we left which I would have reached out about if we were staying longer but was fine for the bulk of our stay. Would definitely return if staying in Portsmouth again. "Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"We booked this property as a family to attend a wedding. The property looks lovely from the outside but is dated inside. There were cables coming out of the wall in the lounge, the beds were uncomfortable and didn’t fit the frames and we had no instructions on how to use everything. That is just the start of what is wrong with this house."

"Absolutely magical place to stay. Beautiful grounds and farm animals roaming around. Peaceful and idyllic stay. Met the owners really friendly and accommodating. Near beaches East and West wittering which are such lovely nature reserve beaches. We have found a UK treasure to stay and will be returning next year again. Thank you for a great long weekend trip. "This was our second holiday here and it was just as good as the first. We spent a lot of time reading in the lounge, watching the tide come in and out, and the shipping on the Southampton Water. The house is as described, but much better than the pictures can show. It is very comfortable with plenty of seating for six people, both in the lounge and the dining area. The galley kitchen is narrow, but perfectly functional. The stairs to the top bedroom are a bit steep, but there are sturdy...

"Estadia excelente. Atendimento / recepção atencioso e cordial, sem formalidades desnecessárias. Áreas de convivência, co-working, etc. muito aconchegantes e convidativas. O único ponto de atenção que comuniquei à gerência que prontamente se propôs a resolver, foi baixa velocidade de escoamento da pia do banheiro, talvez iniciando um entupimento."

"Fantastic location & price, however no air con so studio was either very warm, or had to have the ceiling fan on with noise/pushing round warm air. Had an email from hotel to say they have discounted parking at nearby NCP, but was told no longer available "
