"The layout of this home is perfect for our crew. Four daughters stay together in the room with two queens. The pool is an excellent amenity allowing us to spend mornings at the beach and afternoons napping and poolside. We came three years ago and like it so much we came back. We also appreciate access to the walking path to the Grand Hyatt. We used beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and boogie boards from the house. We are looking forward to our third trip. "

"We had a great stay at Kathryn’s house. House was same as pictures and reviews. If you read everything you will be prepared. The house is super well equipped. There is A/C in the bedrooms but not in the family spaces. It does get hot in those spaces. Keep bedroom doors closed and you will sleep well at night. Beautiful neighborhood and convenient location. Lanai is perfect for sunsets and rainbows. All the gear in the garage is helpful! Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership is awesome! I would...

"Great location. House accommodated all of us with room to spread out. Upstairs livingroom and lanai views were incredible. Entertaining our local family was nice in the spaciousness of the upstairs living and dining area. The curtain/shades in main house were mostly not working but we made due. Enjoyed ourselves and will try to rent again! "

"My wife and I were here for one week and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. We especially loved the dining area. Cam was incredibly helpful when we had questions, and appreciated his prompt responses. The area was perfect with beaches within walking distances, and restaurants within a short drive. Plus, Cam had beach equipment we could borrow if we needed it. Will definitely check back in when we’re back in Kauai! "
