"Very clean. Colleen was very sweet and will wash your dishes since there’s not a sink in the kitchenette. She lives in the main part of the house. There is only an air fryer, microwave and electric skillet in the closet. She will take care of anything you need. Can’t beat the price. And the pool is kept clean. "

"Doug and Candy were the perfect hosts. The unit was fully stocked--there was nothing that we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and came with extra pillows which you don't find in a lot of rentals. Plenty of towels including beach towels. The outdoor space was very nice for enjoying your favorite beverage especially in the morning and early evening. The location was perfect--very close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island and LECOM Park for spring training. We highly recommend renting this...

"Peaceful, loved listening to the cows and roosters in the early morning while sitting on the porch drinking our coffee.Daily visits from the dog’s were a plus. Sleeping in the hammock and sitting by the fire was very relaxing for my wife and I. Our host was also responsive in a timely manner . We hope to visit again soon ! "
