It was too hot to enjoy the screen porch and we never made it to the pool. 😞 Easy check in/out. I would consider staying again."

"A sweet little condo with great amenities! The icing on the cake was the availability of very nice beach accessories: chairs, umbrella, wagon, cooler, etc. Indicates that this owner is conscientious and knows what he's doing. The unit has absolutely everything you need to enjoy and week or two at the beach, including sharp knives for good cooks and plenty of laundry detergent. "We enjoyed our stay at this location. We liked that the unit was clean and there was mostly enough space (except the kitchen is very tight in some places) but overall it worked for us. We also liked that there is a boardwalk to the beach which made lugging our chairs and tent much easier than if we’d had to walk in the sand that whole way. "We have stayed at this property for several vacations are we have enjoyed it every time. Great location on the Marco River overseeing the pool and marina provides lots of activity to watch. Close to many great restaurants and bars but quite enough for older folks like us to enjoy the peace and quite. This is the 3rd year in a row that we have visited this condo and it fits us perfectly.
