"We had an unexpected and very difficult situation during our stay, and the hotel team went far beyond our expectations. We arrived late in the afternoon, after a long day, with many suitcases and with my mother feeling unwell after a fall. The receptionist was simply amazing—he helped us with all the luggage and provided full support with my mother, being attentive and kind at all times. Later in the evening, when her condition worsened, the two ladies from the breakfast area helped us immediately by calling emergency services and assisting my sister with getting a taxi while I followed the ambulance to the hospital. Their empathy and prompt action made all the difference during those stressful moments. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-ventilated. The location is very convenient, close to Fiumicino Airport, which was our main reason for choosing the hotel. However, the quality of service and care we received exceeded anything we could have expected, especially considering the affordable price. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. This hotel will forever have a special place in our memories. "
