"Zeer vlotte en duidelijke communicatie met de eigenaar.Het appartement heeft uitzicht op zee maar ligt niet aan de voorkant maar aan de zijkant van het gebouw waardoor de 2 terrassen gericht op noorden en noordwesten géén zon krijgen en bij felle wind uit het noorden niet aangenaam zijn. In de warme zomermaanden kan dit wel een voordeel. Het appartement is mooi gerenoveerd. "

"Pros: the villa was great, 2 great pools and lots of space to relax and enjoy the sun , short bus ride to the more lively place ! owner was awesome and nothing was too much trouble
Cons: not a lot in the area unless you walk to el cotillo which was good ,"

"Stunning villa on outskirts of a lovely fishing village El Cotillo, plenty of bars and restaurants. Own pool was amazing and we loved lounging in the garden. Bedrooms all spacious and well furnished. Kitchen and facilities super. Great communication throughout stay, would highly recommend. Very peaceful area but only 6 minutes or so to great beaches, supermarkets. Bars, shops. Car required but roads excellent and easy to drive and get around. A really great holiday. "
