"Everything was great. The room was beautiful, spacious and stylish. It had a microwave, a fridge, a blender, a coffee machine and a sink in a sort of kitchenette. Pool and facilities were also very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let me check in at 10 am instead of 4 pm, and check out at 4 pm instead of 12 pm without additional costs. Also, they spontaneously informed guests about the incoming hurricane and provided safety suggestions/measures. "

"We LOVED this property and hope to stay there again! The ONLY issue we had is with trash/litter … the property itself is very clean but the areas around the property have litter & trash and even some on the beaches and sand areas in front of the property. I think this is a constant battle for them, but it would help if there were more trash cans for the public! Other than that we can’t say enough great things about the property - beautiful, felt safe, stunning view, lovely and private. The staff...

"The wifi is spotty.... But that's not why you're here on vacation. It's a beautiful all inclusive 3 restaurants. One is on the beach the grill, the Octopus is in the main part of the resort and the Italian restaurant is a short walk on the adjoining property by the adults pool. The main pool and swim up bar is very nice until early afternoon when you notice no one gets out to use the restroom. Time to get out and shower off then! The rooms are beautiful and well kept.
