"T treated my family to a short weekend stay at the Kay and it was lovely. The beach was beautiful and the bar alive with guest. The room was spacious enough to enjoy the beach weekend and had the basic essentials for our short stay. However, the old-empty water fountain & pool outside were eye sores, obstructing out view of the beach. But overall the beach was beautiful and for a short family stay the price was not too bad. "

"This place is currently getting fixed and updated and needs a ton of work but we loved it. The views are amazing, amenities were great, food great, staff was awesome. Will definitely stay again!"

"It was a very pleasant stay. The area is easily accessible to the entire island. The view & breeze was great to just lay back and take in. Slept like a rock. Excellent for relaxing after a busy day. The host/management was very responsive, friendly and helpful. Internet was stable enough for video conferencing. Cell reception ok. You should rent at a minimum an AWD to move around the island. Many roads are in dire need of repair/upgrade across the island. Taxis and public transportation is scant...

"Kyle is your host and is fantastic, extremely knowledgeable about the area ,and happily answered all our questions, very chill vibe and pretty much close to everything you need but far enough away for peaceful evenings in the back yard. Will definitely come back. "

"The owner/manager was sweet and friendly. For the most part, it was nice… Parking is challenging. It was my 3rd time staying but the 1st time in quite a while. Location is convenient. Restroom just needed attention to cleanliness details. I would stay again."

"Wildlife (hummingbirds and deer across the street). Quiet, swimming pool if so inclined. "

"2 adults- February 23-28th 2025Hostess Irma super gracious and very knowledgeable about the area. She flexed her time to accommodate a time snag of a car rental issue on our end. There was a minor issue of a leaky water heater that was dealt with quickly and replaced. Unit was accommodated adequately and very clean. Not agreeing with the VRBO description that it was within walkable distance to the beach. It is however very drivable. This location was somewhat central to explore the island...

"We loved our stay at this property and would definitely return! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The beach just outside was peaceful and clean and the water was calm. The pool/hot tub area was clean and peaceful. The owner sent a bunch of information beforehand about the check in, nearby restaurants, and activities, which was very helpful as this was our first visit to the island. Check out was a breeze. We highly recommend this property."

"A unique , modern apartment in a historic site a short walk from the boardwalk, shops, restaurants and harbor. Our hostess, Keisha, was more than welcoming and accommodating to all our needs. A great place to stay and relax."
