"The most perfect location with everything you might need. Very cute condo, bonus points for the beautiful pool on the property. We only had a bit of trouble with parking on the first night but we got there late, so maybe plan to arrive before sunset if you want to have a spot. "Our family of six had an amazing time in the Tiki house! We spent a couple of days lounging around in the house as the home and surrounding view of the mountains and plants and trees was enjoyable without having to go anywhere else! The beach is a short walk away and the town of Hanalei is almost around the corner from the house. Dont get me wrong, we did a lot more on our vacation, but coming back home to enjoy the Tiki house was a highlight of our vacation!"

"WOW is the best place to describe this property. It's in a beautiful area of the island, super private and quiet. Situated on Haena Beach, just steps to Tunnels Beach that offers the best snorkeling in Kauai. The views from the living room are spectacular. We enjoyed morning coffee watching the sunrise and planning the day's activities out on the lanai The house had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, to beach chairs, snorkeling gear, floats and an iced chest. "This vacation was a 10 out of 10 and mostly due to this home! (Minus being evacuated for a tsunami for a night!) Everything was exactly as advertised, but the experience once we were there was better than expected! Arrival and check-in was super easy and not having to deal with keys was awesome! The interior was perfectly cleaned and ready for our arrival. The welcome basket and hand written note were lovely! I’m a sleep snobso I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the primary bed was!...

"This house is lovely. It is on the main highway through town, but tucked away behind a lovely wall of foliage and of what appears to be authentic vintage surf boards. The house's full array of beach equipment, bikes and outdoor bathroom allows you to really live the island life as it should be. "

"A beautiful home that was a great size for our family. The location is perfect with a wonderful view and great breezes off the ocean when sitting on the deck. Although there is a large split unit air conditioner, it doesn’t quite cool the whole house. The main bedroom upstairs was quite warm so we purchased an additional box fan which helped quite a bit. The beach that is below the house is pretty, but the hike down is a bit challenging as it requires hiking over rocks. There are other beaches...

We were pleasantly surprised with the proximity to a couple restaurants 3 driveways down, which had SPECTACULAR views & service. "Our family loved our stay here. The house was clean, well-stocked, and allowed us enough space to spread out and relax. We came from a resort in Oahu, and the kids loved playing in the pool. There were plenty of fans to keep the house cool and comfortable. Check-in instructions were easy, and response times were speedy. I highly recommend!"
