"Premium lagoon suite amazing! VIP service was disappointing though, no cafe food service for suites, wine and fruit didn’t arrive until I asked, pool towels not provided last day. Nice hotel overall with good food options, highly recommend lagoon suites. Pools cold but expected due to time of year. Good waterpark."

"Second visit here, loved it so much first time, decided to book again.
Great experience as before, in fact was a little bit more lively as it had more people, but still great.
only given it 4 stars for staff purely because, the lady who cleaned our room, walked in on us THREE TIMES using her own key, showing us she had clean her room. It's very rude and evasion of our privacy.
Other than that love it here"

"This is absolutely the easiest review I could ever write. When we first arrived I was initially put off by our room (we reserved a suite) and how busy the main restaurant was (quite overwhelming when you’re tired and hungry). However when I expressed our disappointment with the room, we were moved the next day and once we settled in and were well rested, we really saw how fantastic this hotel was.
