I made a new reservation, but upon arrival, the unit's air conditioning wasn't working; there was no maintenance staff available, and I was given a room with twin beds and an accessible bathroom (which was terrible). "Paul at the reception was very helpful and put us at ease with our stay. Peaceful destination and beautiful grounds."

"There isn’t an elevator. We stayed at the Shannon Suite (top floor) which was 81 steps. All luggage had to be carried. I would not recommend for elderly."

"Great central location. Easy walk around town. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Great parking."

"Great location with free parking right down the street. Had dinner at Abbey Tavern which was only a few minute walk away. Shopping and restaurants easy walk as is the harbor. Room was ok, bed very comfortable, appreciated the tea and coffee in room, good shower. Quiet room. Only downside was room very warm. Window only opened an inch or 2 and we were pretty warm in the room. Be prepared, room very snug, but overall good stay."
