"While there were a few surprises in the location of the property - the beach is much rockier and not as accessible as in the pictures - the hospitality and friendliness of the staff made up for it. Hassan our driver was incredibly helpful and Shakira our host was amazing. Angel in the kitchen presented a wonderful breakfast each morning and made a great Gin & Tonic (for medicinal purposes only). The pool is wonderful and pool perfect."

"O hotel é novo, com uma estrutura de piscinas muito bom, lindo. A praia é maravilhosa também, água cristalina e com boa estrutura, com caiaques a disposição. Tem também uma quadra de padel. O quarto é grande, cama confortável. Tenho apenas algumas sugestões para o hotel, deixar mais explicito que o hotel não possui bebidas alcoólicas para a venda, sendo que vc pode beber, mas tem que adquirir nos hotéis ao lado e assinar um termo de compromisso. Melhorar o menu a la carte, pois tem poucas opções, a gente que é do Brasil teve uma dificuldade um pouco com as comidas, e melhorar também a academia, as esteiras não estavam funcionando e poucos pesos. Gostaria de agradecer aos funcionários, super prestativos, principalmente os do restaurante, se sentimos muito bem acolhidos, Khalid e Sampson principalmente."

" During my stay i was hosted in 3 different accommodations in the hotel. Water villa was absolutely awesome 5 stars . But other rooms with very poor maintenance lots of things were broken. Bad towels vwry used and old totally different from the high quality of the villa. It looks like they are not renovating the instalations.. ..service was amazing and food evru good. The road to the hotel was terrible ...very very bumpy and fsr from the airport. 1 hour and 40 minutes . Drinks in the bar extremely expensive. 16 dolars a margarita..."
