"เจ้าหน้าที่ในก็บริการเป็นอย่างดีมากๆ บ้านพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเครื่องครัว ในห้องน้ำใหญ่มีอ่างจากุซซี่ ใช้งานได้ดีมาก สระว่ายน้ำสะอาด มีความเป็นส่วนตัวมาก ประทับใจมากๆ แอร์เย็นและน้ำอุ่นทุกห้องครับ แนะนำเพื่อนครับ มีโอกาสผมจะกลับไปใช้บริการอีกครับ "

"Right from the start the room was falling apart. 1. Fridge not working, 2. Hot water not working 3. Then the toilet broke and I was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I checked out after three nights even though I had paid for seven. I was told that there would be no refund. Not even worth putting on Expedia. Don't book this place "

"시설도 좋고 바베큐도 추가금에 숯제공해주시네요. 에어프라이어도 있고 좋았습니다. 옆방에 노매너 외국인들이 소리를 지르는통에 시끄럽긴했습니다. 그래도 좋은경험이었습니다."

"I liked the villa, but photos did not represent the villa. Thevilla was clean and in a good postion near the night market, however the pictures on the site do not look like villa. If you wanting a villa with luxury furnishings them this is not the place for you. I would have preferred to stay in a 5 star hotel... for the same cost. However the private pool was good."

"Sliding door to pool lock DID NOT work. Told management about it and was supposed to be fixed, but didn’t happen. No safe in room so I was constantly worried about belongings and safety. Pool dirty and had trash floating in it. Had to ask for room to be cleaned, fresh towels, water etc"

"Villa 16 has big clean main room with wooden bed that makes noises when ever I move. The swimming pool is clean but not big enough. "

"Really good acomodation - modern, comfortable, quiet and secure. Only problem is location!! Very far from beach and any shops etc. Not within walking distance so taxis needed or a car rental arrgned then hard to find parking at destination. Complex itself very good but surrounded by acres of derelict sites. No evidence of the water park shown in the ad - must have been a victeim of covid!!"

"整體算是不錯，房屋夠大，但美中不足的是房屋有些位置比較舊，房屋生活用品算齊全，廁所清潔用品只有毛巾，沒有提供牙刷，有沖涼液但不好用，還有就是蚊蟲很多。"

"是獨立一間屋，鏡面裝修錯覺大。其實間屋很細。沖涼水壓太低， 熱水時冷時熱，個個都話沖完好似無沖。 主人房外 ，2間房間較細小， 距離食市，超市及景點較遠 最好包車才去住。 泳池可以，已提供浮床。"

"I stayed in the downstairs with the private pool and it was well worth it. Location is a bit hard to find by taxi but once you are there one time it’s easy after that. Great small restaurants, bar and convenience store close as well. Very quiet at night which was also a plus! It is located in south pattaya not north."

"The communication with Dave was really greate. He was very helpful in everything we needed to know. Our son loved the pool and watching TV (Netflix) :-). A really spacious house!"

"Amazing location, outstanding rooms"

"The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay...
