"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

"Communication with Francesco was top notch! He greeted us and gave us lots of advice of what to do in the area. The building was under construction, so it wasn’t too appealing when we first arrived, but the overall apartment is big and beautiful! Also the details say that breakfast is included, but that has not been updated. We did find plenty of places to eat nearby. We, my family of 4, enjoyed our brief visit in Pisa staying here! "
