"The view was partial, but pleasant. We had an issue with the lights but it was fixed quickly. We had some issues with the elevator going the wrong direction but never stuck. The chair service was excellent. "

"This place is great! It was perfect size for me and my husband! And the views from the balcony are great! The pics don’t do it justice! Everything was clean. It was a nice added touch to have toiletries in the shower. The bed was super comfy! I would stay here again and will definitely be recommending it to others! "

"For the most part we enjoyed our stay here. However, there are things we wish were better. It was cold during the majority of our stay, so the hot tub was used a lot. They need more hot tubs or bigger hot tubs. The bigger one was not warm and was down for all of our stay. The other hot tub is super small and was always packed! The gym was so small and in the photos it looks a lot bigger. If there was more than 3 people it was hard to workout. Parking was awesome. Being on the 1st floor the trash...

"The stovetop did not work and there was no twin bed as shown in the description! Luckily one of our guest backed out so we had enough sleep space. "
