"The staff was the best part of my visit. Casa helped me during a panic situation and saw to it that I was alright. She checked me in early to the last room she had available after I had been traveling for 3 days. She showed me where the breakfast was and helped me with my travel bag and nap sack to my room so I could sleep. I've never had kinder service in my life. I will always stay there when I'm in Fiji! "These guys are scammers. Called multiple times to confirm my booking and they said we don’t have a booking for you. I even spoke to the manager and he said Expedia overbooked it until I reached out to Expedia and these scammers started calling me back saying we have a booking for you. But by then I already booked another hotel. What I don’t get is, if these scammers are saying everything is booked for the whole week and they don’t see my name anywhere in the booking, how come all of a sudden...
