"Checked in to this apartment, and unfortunately, it has been a very terrible experience. 😤 The staff clearly lacked proper communication and professionalism. We were supposed to check out at 1:00 PM, as that was what we paid for, yet our luggage was placed outside at 10:00 AM without any proper explanation. "We arrived before check-in time. Our Villa wasn't ready yet, but we were allowed to use the pool, which was very much appreciated as it was a beautiful sunny day. "The best stay we've experienced here in our homeland. From the amazing food to the lovely staff, there were no bad experiences at all. Travelled with 2 adults & 3 kids, including a 7 month old. We have already made plans to return next year, definitely recommend. You won't regret it! There was an activity for everyone to enjoy, this resort exceeded our expectations. Cannot wait to be back."
