"The room is beautiful and the staff is very kind and friendly "

"The road to the property is very bad. If driving, you need an SUV ora 4 wheel drive. We were the only guests and hence the property was empty. Despite that, they gave a room right at the entrance of the property, next to the security office, with limited view of the garden. After request a better room, they finally moved us to a better location, despite the rooms being vacant. The property is isolated. Food choices offered at the hotel were limited. "So disappointed in the service here. Staff were not well trained - did not listen - were unwilling to assist. Our room was not made up daily - even though we asked. Food was sparse and was not anywhere close to what was expected based on our research. The fact that we had to pay for our food when we used room service - was insane. This is an All Inclusive after all. Would NOT recommend"
