"The house was cute from the outside and nicely decorated. The inside was not clean at all! The trim was dirty and full of dust. Walls and light switches were dirty. The cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms had stuff splattered all over them. A few of the dishes in the cupboard were crusty. The upstairs shower curtain was stained along the entire bottom, a foot from the floor. They had touched up the paint in the lower bathroom with a completely different color. "This rental had everything that we needed for our trip. Rooms were huge and clean. There are 2 sets of stairs (up to the front door and up to the sleeping quarters). I would like to point out that this particular unit is the first house off Perdido Beach Blvd, which is the main street in orange beach with non-stop traffic going at 45mph at all hours of the day, which interrupted our sleep at night. But I will admit this was our mistake to not research about the area prior to booking. "

"I love the proximity to the beach when staying here, it's easy to walk to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The place is clean and comfy and the host responds promptly when reached out to. "

"The house was great had everything we needed except the ice maker didn’t work. Reported and was told a service person would come but not repaired while we were there. We were there for a month. Everything else was good. "

"The mini slpit A/C did not cool the room. There was alot of dust in the master room. The bed in the master was broke. The shower knob was broke and kept falling off. The rest of the house was clean. There was alot of sand spurs in the rug in the living room. I picked out 14 of them. The house was in good proximity the entertainment in Gulf Shores. We walked to most of the places "
