O hotel oferece transporte gratuito mas é necessário marcar o horário de regresso. O hotel parece ser familiar e administrado por pessoas que não são do ramo. Os serviços são muito fracos e não existe um comprometimento em facilitar a vida do hóspede no que tange a informações. O hotel não tinha um cartão com o endereço. "Great brand new apartment hotel with lovely rooftop pool and a bar, and a large gym. Breakfast is very nice and cheap. It’s just a few minutes of walk to the Boat Avenue with tons of restaurants. "

"Expedia has this facility rated as 4 stars. Nothing could be a bigger lie. Amenities say 1 restaurant none existed, say 1 pool bar but none existed, say fitness center but it was torn apart and closed. This is totally misleading and false promotion. Expedia has been aware of the situation for 2 weeks and done nothing to correct. Listed as a resort it is an apartment building that is poor condition that they are renting rooms out of. The location to walk to an actual restaurant s a sketchy back...

"The building was very hard to find. Our taxi driver spent an extra 30 minutes driving around the area because even our GPS was having trouble finding it. Once we did arrive there were no signs for reception at all - it appears to be an apartment building more than a hotel. Once we found where to check in they were very rude. We were hungry and asked where there was nearby to get food the lady replied "Nowhere. Can I go now" Overall the worst stay at any "hotel" I have ever had."
