"The rooms and hotel interior were nice, but the hotel is new and not yet ready to receive guests. The rooms had a sewage smell, the air conditioning did not work properly at night, and the electricity kept going on and off. The internet was also not working on the first day.
Some staff members were extremely kind and helpful, especially with arranging taxis, and they tried to compensate us for the inconveniences. However, others seemed indifferent to our complaints."

"Great location and the view from the room was spectacular. We arrived early 11am and were lucky to get early check in as room was available. Breakfast was very good. Spa and indoor pool was good and gym better than average (though watch your head if over 6ft!"
