"I rarely write detailed reviews of lodging, however, I am writing today to say the level of care and attention taken to every detail of this stay was superior. The management was friendly, helpful and generous with their time. The room was immaculate and beautifully appointed. I arrived at around 6:00 pm to find a lovely assortment of refreshments including fine wine and an assortment of hors d'oeuvres. Somenone was on board to help with luggage. I will definitely stay at the St. Charles again."

"Amazing property with full amenities, cute beach decor and nestled in redwoods. Very comfortable and quiet, lots of nature, but also within short driving distance to Santa Cruz and multiple attractions including The Mystery Spot, Henry Cowell state park (giant costal redwoods), Roraing Camp Railroads and more. Host was quick to respond to any questions, provided easy instructions and suggestions on area attractions. Overall wonderful stay, will probably stay there again. "

"Good stay. Very cute and clean. Keep in mind this is a back house but people in front house do not bother or disturb at all. I hardly even noticed there were people in the front house. The beds were comfy and the host was responsive. There is a nice kitchen and a close grocery store nearby. There are 2 bedrooms with full size beds in each room and a couch that can comfortably sleep one not two people. "

"The room was very nice. It is very close to everything we wanted to do and easy to get around to other things. There is a very comfortable bed, couch and chairs to relax. I would recommend this place."
