"Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations at all. We had booked and expected a 4-star hotel, but instead we were accommodated in a 3-star property that appeared quite run-down overall.
We were particularly disappointed by the additional charges. Although use of the pool had been advertised, we were charged €2.50 for each towel. On top of that, there was an additional reception fee, while the tourist tax was charged separately as well. In our opinion, such extra costs should be...

O café da manhã é fantástico com muitas, muitas mesmo, opções de frutas, pães, doces, mel, ovos, queijos, frios, bebidas e muito mais. No hotel você ainda consegue desconto no estacionamento principal da cidade. Recomendadíssima a hospedagem"
"The property was listed as being in Piran. It was far from there in an area without retail or dining. It was listed as having a pool. There was no pool. There are 2 buildings. We were placed at one without a reception area and we had to walk to the other building for breakfast and to check in and out. Our room was very bleak - without decor. It resembled a college dorm room. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
"Excellent, gorgeous hotel and passable breakfast (could have been less cakes and grilled vegetables and more fresh fruits and more yoghurt; also, the coffee machine doesn't scream premium). The staff and the stay, all in all, was great. The room was good as well.
Though I have some specific complaints: the bathrooms are continually fogged, wet and cold. The shower battery shifted between scalding hot and ice cold and the head had tiny, brown bumps and leaked. It also leaked from the bathtub...

"We loved this little place right in the middle of a medieval little town. Cobblestones and the narrow passageways were part of the charm. The room was convenient to everything including the ocean. The room is small but nice for my daughter and me. Wished we had planned to stay longer in Piran. I would definitely come back."
