The BarnLoft at Foothills Farm Cosby/Gatlinburg

Located 20 mins from Gatlinburg, 30 mins to Pigeon Forge, 5 mins to the Cosby entrance of The Great Smokey Mountain National Park. A 10 min drive will take you to multiple white water rafting companies in Hartford TN. The barn is located on a 65 acre mountain farm. Bordering Cosby Creek with about 1500ft of creek frontage where you can fish and relax in the creek.

Inside the loft, you go upstairs to an open concept bedroom/kitchen area. The living room has a flat screen TV. There is also a sitting area where you can use your computer or play games. The Cosby Creek is just a short walk away. We also have an outdoor fireplace.

You will be able to access the creek. There is a BBQ Grill by the fireplace for guest use also.

We will be availablie for any questions you may have during your stay. Pets are not allowed in the loft. This is a STRICT policy.

The loft is located off the Cosby Highway. There is a small farmhouse close by. Also, the Quaint Cabin in located down the road if your have extended family that would traveing with you and want them close by.

The loft is part of Foothills Farm. There are occasions when an event might be going on at the barn during your stay. This is very rare, but if something is going on, we will let you know prior to your booking.
WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS IN THE LOFT. IF THERE ARE SIGNS OF A PET YOU WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $100.00

Our stay was amazing. This is the perfect little spot to get away and enjoy our time. Our host provided us with fishing poles to try our hand in the creek behind the cabin. Thank you!

I honestly can not tell how many times we’ve passed this property when we travel to Gatlinburg. It’s very spacious, clean, and quiet.

The barn didn't disappoint! It was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Sitting outside on the venue's patio in the morning and evenings was our favorite part of this spot. And you cannot beat its location to one of the Smoky's park entrance. The host was responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Had a great time. Love this little barn. Great location Loved the price. A good honey moon trip for us. Cabin was so cute clean and had almost everything we needed. Just wish it had a stove. But on a good note I did t have to cook.

My friend and I booked the farm loft as a girls getaway weekend. It was exactly what we were looking for. The location of this rental is so close to the entrance to the National Park and made all our hikes a breeze to get to. The little market right down the street was great to pick up our rations for the week too. The property was quant and the little creek between the road and the rental was nice to sit for a little. Both her and I were already talking about coming back here and maybe even getting married here since the property does events too!

We were looking for a quiet place for a weekend getaway and this place was perfect! The grounds were pretty, we loved the creek, we slept comfortably and really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely book again!

The property was beautiful! And then we went inside and the loft/barn was so cool. All of the little details were thought out so well. We really enjoyed the creek, the fire on the patio, walking around the property, fireflies at night and it was close enough to the tourist attractions to go check those out. Highly recommend!!

Your property was very interesting and pretty. The only disappointment was the limited coffee left for us. But.. All in All we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely request to stay again in the near future.

My wife and I waved somewhere away from crowds and close to hiking trails. This location was great! Five minute drive to Smokey mountain entrance. This loft is exactly as advertised! It was truly perfect for a couple. You could definitely bring your family, but it is essentially a studio apartment so there would be no privacy…. Plenty of space though! We would stay here again.

Decided to get away for the night so looked different places to see where to go. We live in SC in the foothills so we have access to alot. Saw this barn and thought it would be different. Was so adorable! Loved the decor. The only thing that was , if youd even say an issue, but when i signed up check in was 4 and check out 11 on the ad. And it was actually 10 for check out. But great place if you do t want to stay in the hustle and bustle.

The Barn loft was perfect for just me. It was far more spacious than I thought it would be. The couch was very comfortable and the ac/heater worked well.
