Welcome to our A-Frame Cabin built in 1974. It has been spruced up for modern times with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and enough room for a group of 6. Relax to the serene sounds of the nearby creek, while the little ones have a blast at the onsite playground.


THINGS TO NOTE:

Neighborhood Update: Our neighbors across the street recently moved out, and their home is being prepared for new residents. It may look a bit quiet and abandoned right now, but it’s only temporary — thanks for understanding! Wildlife Alert: Our cabin is surrounded by forest, so wildlife is part of the experience! You may see bears, deer, or smaller critters nearby. To help keep them from wandering too close, please avoid leaving food outside or in your car. We also recommend giving the grill a quick clean after use — just enough to remove food residue that might tempt hungry visitors. We perform regular pest control to help minimize encounters, but nature is always nearby in the Smokies.

Propane Grill: Turn off propane after use, let the grill cool, wipe any excess grease, and replace the cover when done.

Road Access: There are two access roads with a gradual incline. During winter, snow can make them challenging even with 4x4 or tire chains, and access may be temporarily limited. Please check local weather and road conditions before traveling.

No refunds: For events beyond our control (weather, power outages, wildlife, etc.), we highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances.

Access Codes to Property: Renter agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking, or prior to check-in for reservations made less than 48 hours before arrival to receive access codes.
