"O hotel tem uma categoria mediana, mas o quarto era espaçoso e confortável. Só peca pela pequena quantidade de funcionários para a limpeza. O café da manhã era fraco e piorou porque tivemos uma nevasca e isso afetou mais ainda a qualidade devido à falta de muitos itens."

"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel LIV in the Bronx. The hotel is modern, clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained — a great place to relax after a busy day in the city. The Bronx itself isn’t the most polished area of New York, but it has its own local charm. While some parts can feel a bit rough around the edges, the neighborhood around the hotel felt safe and had everything I needed nearby. One big plus is that the subway is very close to the hotel, making it super easy to get anywhere in NYC. Having that kind of access to the trains made a huge difference during my stay. What truly made the experience stand out was the service — especially from Ben. Ben was incredibly helpful, always kind, and went out of his way to make sure I felt welcome. His positive energy and local advice really made my trip better. Thank you, Ben, for the amazing hospitality! Hotel LIV is lucky to have you."
