Old farmhouse in a panoramic, secluded and quiet position. On the border between Tuscany and Umbria, in an extremely panoramic position, with a view of the charming Pierle Castle, an ancient fortress of feudal origin, Casa La Primula seems to be suspended in time. It takes a little effort to get up here, the 2.5 km road is almost all unpaved and quite steep (not recommended for sports cars), but once you’re on spot you will be rewarded with real peace and quiet and above all with a breathtaking view. When you want to re-emerge from your refuge, about 5 km away there are the villages of Mercatale, in Tuscany and Lisciano Niccone, in Umbria, endowed with every service. The famous town of Cortona is about 16 km away.

The outdoor space and the fenced pool. In the gazebo in the garden it will be possible to dine in front of a splendid panorama, also available barbecue and wood-burning oven. The fence, safe for pets, makes the house ideal for a holiday with your 4-legged friends (extra charge could be required). The swimming pool (dim. 5x10 - depth 1,20 - 2,30 m., completely fenced - open from 10th May to 30th October) is reserved for the exclusive use of the guests.

Rustic style with all the comforts. In addition to the panorama we also like the simplicity of Casa La Primula, the furniture in rustic Tuscan style and the facilities guarantee all the comforts. On request the owner can do the shopping for your arrival day and prepare tasty and typical meals during the holiday.
