Its location is perfect for exploring both Tuscany and Umbria. Just 4 km away is the exclusive Reschio estate, offering three restaurants as well as wine tastings, truffle hunting, cooking classes, and bike rentals. Grocery shops can be found in Mercatale (9 km) or nearby Umbertide. Perugia is a 40-minute drive, known for its medieval old town and Rocca Paolina fortress. Other worthwhile trips include Assisi, Cortona, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Siena, and Lake Trasimeno.

The house sits peacefully in the countryside, surrounded by a well-kept garden with olive trees, lawns, and flowering shrubs. The covered terrace overlooking the pool is perfect for relaxing, while the second terrace is ideal for dining al fresco. It’s the perfect place to soak up the Tuscan sun.
