The position of the villa is close to Cortona and the larger cities that both Tuscany and Umbria have to offer: Montepulciano, Siena, Florence, Assisi, Perugia, Montalcino, as well as Lake Trasimeno. Outside guests can enjoy a shaded area with barbecue and woodburing oven.
The property owners live nearby and while they are very friendly and welcoming people, at all times they respect the privacy of guests staying at the villa.
Available to guests: Private swimming pool (12 x 6 m – max. depth 2 m – min. depth 1.3 m), outisde area furnished for dining al fresco. The house has a laundry room, Wi-Fi internet connection and parking availability. Table tennis.
