"Great location, great host! The cottage was cozy, clean, and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed being at the ranch, seeing the animals, and enjoying the peace and quiet! But we had business in Dallas and McKinney so the location was very convenient. And of course, when I needed to pick up something from the market, it was just two exits down.LOVED the spot and all of the amenities. Will definitely stay again when in the area."

"This property could be great but it is not being kept up by the owners. When we showed up it had not been cleaned and the pool was green. There were also about a hundred wasps flying around in March, one of our party was stung. We reached out to VRBO and were able to cancel and go somewhere else but we lost a day of our trip trying to coordinate it. The property managers tried to get in contact with the owners but they were unresponsive. This seems like a property someone bought to rent out...

"We never actually got to stay. The host would not respond to me regarding check-in and I finally contacted Vrbo. They had a hard time contacting the host only to finally get an answer that the peoperty was not available! I had the reservation for over a month and had no contact until AFTER check-in time! I would give negative stars for this host!Vrbo did the right thing and refunded my money and paid the difference for a replacement. This was my first experience with Vrbo! "

They were the most gracious and helpful, and you could tell that their kindness extended to the details in their property. Fully stocked kitchen, wonderful views, very clean and well designed home.
