"The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Keurig, kettle, toaster, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, pans. Other guests had pets so I would say pet friendly. "

I asked for a downstairs room and said it was not possible. I said I could do the stairs but not with luggage so they carried them up for me. It was very quiet. With the 2 rooms.
