"This is a new and modern hotel, clean, bright and appealing. I chose to stay on the east end of Albuquerque for ease of travel out of town the next morning. It was close to gas stations which was helpful and easy to access from I40 but quiet too. They had a security fence and gate around the property so I had zero worries about my car filled with snow-bird belongings. "Rooms are clean, well decorated and modern but not my thing. Not a fan of the “doorless shower” the floor still ended up wet. The area is very noisy but thats not the fault of the property owners. Check in is at the bar with was odd but well handled. Parking is not adequate enough.. "

"The property appeared to be fairly new and the grounds were well maintained however, our bathroom was absolutely filthy. The tub was disgusting and not even usable."
