With 3 bedrooms, a bonus sleeping/entertainment room, and 2.5 bathrooms, there is room for everyone to spread out.

After a day on the water or at the beach, relax in the sparkling-clean hot tub, challenge your family to a game on the deluxe arcade, or gather around the TV for a movie night.

The community pool and splash pad are conveniently located right outside the front door, making it easy for kids to have fun while adults relax.

We use 100% cotton sheets in the King and twin bedrooms, along with mattress encasements, mattress pads, and pillow protectors for added comfort and hygiene.

Please note: Quilts may vary from the photos because we change quilts between reservations for cleaning and guest comfort.

GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS

Dancing Dolphin sleeps up to 8 guests ages 24 months and older.

The base rate includes 6 guests. Each additional guest, up to 2 additional guests, is charged $12 per night to cover additional laundry expenses, including linens, towels, blankets, and quilts. This fee is paid directly to our cleaner.

CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED

We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable home for every guest. The hot tub receives professional cleaning and sanitizing twice weekly, and our bedding is professionally cared for between stays.

PET & SMOKING POLICY

No pets. No smoking. Thank you for respecting this policy.

Due to severe allergies affecting the owners and grandchild, Dancing Dolphin is a completely pet-free home.

This is a non-smoking property.

If you smoke, smoking must be done outside and at least 10 feet away from all doors and windows.

By booking this property, you agree to a $800 deep-cleaning fee if smoking occurs inside the home.

We have never had to charge a guest this fee, and we sincerely hope we never do.

WINTER TEXAN MONTHLY STAYS

Discounted Winter Texan rates are available for stays of 30+ nights between November 1 and March 5.

A 60-night minimum is required for January and February.

HOLIDAY ARRIVALS

To allow our cleaning crew to enjoy the holidays, reservations arriving or departing on Christmas Day, an additional cleaning fee of 3x times our normal cleaning cost. New Year's Day, or July 4th require 2x our normal cleaning cost.
