Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat. I am a renovated top floor 3 bed, 2 bath condo featuring over 1400 sq. ft. with no shared walls, and a large deck with Gulf views. I am located at Island Dunes; a Townhouse Condominium complex located 1 block from the beach in beautiful Port Aransas. This family-friendly complex is easy walking distance to the beach, or you can drive and park on the beach. We are accessible by golf cart to restaurants, shops, parks and social venues in Port Aransas.



Some of my more notable features are a spacious open living space with full kitchen, large separate dining area and wet bar with beverage refrigerator. You’ll find a king bed in the Master, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and twin beds in bedroom three. If needed, there is also a queen sleeper sofa allowing 8 to sleep comfortably. Televisions in each bedroom as well as the living room.



As a top floor condo, I’m up 4 short flights of stairs to reach my solitude.



The Island Dunes complex is unique due to its extensive available greenspace, nearly new pool and hot tub, charcoal grills and picnic tables, a ping pong table and cornhole boards. The complex also offers sufficient parking for boat trailer parking and a fish cleaning station to prepare your fresh catch.
