The Blue Pearl is located in the highly coveted "Old Town" area of Port Aransas. With this prime location, you will be within walking distance to the Coast Guard Station, the Station St. Pier, restaurants, shops, Fisherman's Wharf, and the beach.

This little gem has been around for nearly 50 years and has recently gone through an extensive renovation including new hardi siding, impact windows, decking on the exterior and new paint, flooring, appliances, quartz counter tops, and all new furniture on the inside. A brand new ac unit was also installed so you will be nice and cool on those hot summer days!

The open layout allows for entertaining between the living room and kitchen. There are flat screen TVs in the main room and each bedroom along with Spectrum cable and Wi-Fi. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a love seat that opens up to a twin bed. The Master is at the rear of the home and boasts a King bed and has its own bathroom. The living also has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping. There is a common bathroom off of the kitchen as well as a utility room with a washer and dryer.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1- King-sized bed with ensuite bathroom-
Bedroom 2- Queen-sized bed and a love seat that opens up to a twin bed
Living Area - Queen sleeper sofa

The outside space is aplenty and there is a large back porch with comfortable furniture as well as a huge fenced in back yard that has a picnic table and charcoal BBQ pit. In the rear of the property, there is an awesome detached game room complete with a TV, bar area, refrigerator and games such as a pool table, dart board and cornhole.

There is parking for up to 3 vehicles depending on the size of the vehicle.

Guests have access to entire home including the game room and yard area.

Age requirement of 25 years or older to reserve this property. Guests under this age would need to be accompanied by a parent or family member.

SELF-CATERING: This property is self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
