Beachside Bungalow is located just blocks from everything in Port A! What are you waiting for? Bedroom 1 features a King Bed, Bedroom 2 Queen Bed, and Bedroom 3 is a Bunk Room with 1 Twin Bed on top over 1 Full Bed with another Full Trundle bed under the full. A Sleeper Sofa is located in the Loft with a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room.
Beachside Bungalow is a family-friendly 3-bedroom 2 Ā½ bath townhouse conveniently located on the beachside of 11th street for an easy 5-minute walk to the beach or a 5-minute golf cart ride into town. This fabulous property features a shared pool that is heated in the winter months with a huge rock formation and waterslide, restroom and plenty of covered palapas with tables and lounge chairs.
This townhome is beautifully decorated with beach-inspired dĆ©cor and tile floors throughout. If you are looking for a great location central to all that Port Aransas has to offer, look no further! A short walk or golf cart ride gets you to the acclaimed Gulf Coast beach and shopping, restaurants, fishing charters, and activities ā€“ including a fishing pier and a Pirate Cruise just minutes away.
Additional amenities include a Dining Table with Seating for 8 plus 4 more at a large kitchen bar area. All kitchen utensils and cookware are included Pots, Pans and Skillets, Dishes, Glassware, Wine and margarita Glasses, 12-cup Coffee Maker, Coffee Cups, and Flatware service for 12 people plus Kids plastic dishes, utensils, and cups ā€“ just bring your groceries. Toaster, Blender with Food Processor, and Serving Trays are also included. Washer, Dryer with Full-Size Stainless-Steel Refrigerator, Dishwasher, and Stove.
Lots of nearby restaurants, candy stores, grocery and liquor stores, and everything in town is within a 5-minute drive including a public fishing pier and fishing charters for Port Aransas, Aransas Pass, Rockport, Offshore, and Bay Fishing.

First timerz to Port A! We came out on spring break March ā€˜24, with our teens. Fortunately, the week before College spring break. I selected this place for the heated resort pool, golf cart and beach gear included, and the location (1 block to street to the beach). The location was mostly families, like ours. Quiet. Clean. Perfect.

Great place!

Location and condo was overall great. Couldnā€™t get the dryer to ever work properly (it may have just been smarter than me). The dumpsters were right out our front door and I spent numerous times picking up trash that people would just throw beside them and it smelled bad. The condo had a weird odor to it, possibly from the washerā€¦very musty. There were no extra sheets for the pull out couches.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this property! Highlights included the resort-style pool (big hit with the kids) and the golf-cart for traveling to the beach with gear. The bedrooms were all upstairs, which allowed the grown-ups to visit at night without waking the kids. The kitchen was decently stocked, only thing we didnā€™t have on hand was a citrus reamer for cocktails. There was a good collection of games and activities for the family to enjoy. Management was very responsive when we had a question or concern. Overall, 5 stars!

Spacious clean property

This was our second time staying. We love this place. It is very spacious and has a TV In every room. We got locked out one night around midnight and I called left a message and they got back to me within 5 mins with my access code, so i was able to get in! So clean and comfortable! The pool is huge and my kids love it here. Can't wait for our next stay :)

Very nice house to stay at pretty clean overall. Was a hair more then other spots we liked at but was worth it especially if you have extra guest. Only thing wrong was the grill outside was dirty an had to light with a lighter. Not a big deal. Pool was nice. Overall is stay again

Everything great but floors needed cleaning

Enjoyed our stay and property mgmt was great. The floors were needing mopped pretty bad and living room rug needed vacuumed. With little ones playing on the floors we ended up getting a swifter and cleaning them ourselves on the first day.

The property was lovely. Parking was a bit of a problem with so many construction vehicles, but not a problem in the evenings and no reflection on the the unit.
