Sea Gull Condominiums unit 608 is a sixth floor 2 bedroom 2 bath vacation rental located on Mustang Island. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or private patio. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV with attached private bath. The second bedroom has two full size beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is tiled flooring throughout the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking up your special catch from any of the Port Aransas fishing adventures. This Condo sleeps 6.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Killer View

Everything was advertised, check in super fast, staff was really nice and answered any questions I had, only glitch was weather turned bad last day. Would recommend this property to all.

February Fun

My sister in law lost her 21 Beautiful Daughter in a murder suicide 4 years ago! So me and my sister in law take her on this trip each February ! We have stayed at this complex for 3 years! The awesome Hottub is such a plus! Location is So perfect

Short get away

The condo was clean, well stocked and has a beautiful view of the ocean!!! The beach is clean and only a few steps away. Sitting on the balcony listening to the waves was so peaceful. We would highly recommend this condo!!!!

Getaway to Port A

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Port Aransas. The property was in a great location and the views were incredible! We enjoyed long walks on the beach, reading at the pool and playing cards on the patio. We love Port A and we loved our visit to the Seagull!

Great Family Vacation

First time staying at the property and it was great. The property was as described in the listing and the view was amazing. Everything we needed, including beach towels, was there. Plus, the property was clean and staff was very helpful. The walk to the beach was roughly 2 minutes and the beach access road is about a mile from the property. We would for sure stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Excellent condo with super view of the coast. Decor was stylish, but comfortable for a beach vacation. Bed was nice with plenty of towels. We enjoyed the view and balcony every day. The beach was a short walk away. Pool was relaxing and sparkling clean. All off the staff members at the condo were helpful and working hard to keep the building and grounds in nice shape.

First Visit to Port Aransas

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was exactly what was shown and what I read on prior reviews. Would agree that some updates would really take it up a notch, but would definitely stay here again. We had everything that we needed. The beach access was what we really liked about our stay and the proximity to restaurants was good.

Post Vaccinate Vacation

The entire experience was impressive. The check-in process was fantastic. It was quick. They were very efficient. The apartment was well equipped and the view couldn't have been better. The master bedroom was comfortable (bed was perfect for us). The second bedroom had very comfortable beds as well. Almost everyone we encountered were wearing mask in the common areas and respectful of others. The employees were always masked and very friendly. The lobby was beautiful and very clean. We plan to stay again.

Great stay!

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the building mgmt was exceptional. This is a well cared for property and they took great precautions for the safety of their guests during these times (mask policy, hand sani, social distancing, health check of employees, tight policies on linens, and cleanliness of condos, cleaning solutions that kill virus, etc). The condo was clean and well stocked with more amenities than we have at our home. The condo has a phenomenal view, and nothing beats waking up to the sunrise and soaking in the great views and sounds of the ocean. The appliances were very clean and modern. The only negative I would give would be the master bed. The beds here were like the 3 bears, one too soft, one too firm (master), and the other just right. The kiddos slept pretty well on their beds. We may bring a 2" foam topper for the next trip. The only other negative was an anomaly, the door hinge flung off the second bedroom door. It seems they hung a new door before our stay, and the hardware for the door hinge must have been inadequate. I went to close the door on kiddos at bedtime and the hinge screws flew off. The screws were barely over an ince, and the door was pretty heavy. It was no biggie for us, we propped it up so they could attend to it. I doubt this will be an issue for the next guests. We'll definitely keep this one on our short list of places to stay near Port A.

Perfect location

Our family of 4 spent Labor Day weekend here and it was an excellent experience. The condo is located steps from the water, and the view from the balcony is amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our morning coffee and just watching the waves roll in. The condo is well furnished and comfortable. It was very clean. Decor is traditional. Plenty of utensils and dishes for use. There were also some beach toys for kids. The shower is dated, fixtures could use an update considering the price of the unit. But they function fine and it didn't affect our stay. The condo management and service was excellent. Everyone wore masks and there are signs asking guests to take turns using the elevators which we appreciated. People kept their distance inside and on the beach so we felt safe. They also provide beach chairs and canopies if you get there early enough to grab a spot. They even put up the canopy for us which we weren't expecting! Overall it was a very relaxing and comfortable stay and I would not hesitate to recommend it!

Port A Girls Getaway

This place was awesome! So clean, great location and amazing view. Loved the beach setup...really made it easy for women. We’ve decided to make this a yearly trip. Can’t wait to go back next year and stay longer!
