This condo looked nice, with fantastic views and great access to the beach and was decorated nicely. The walk to the beach was short and they had several rinse station's between beach and complex. Staying on the 11th floor offered great views and ample encounters with birds flying very close, which we enjoyed.We weren't happy with the cleanliness. We have a 2 yr old grandbaby and after wiping up a small spill of water in the kitchen I saw that the floor was quite dirty. Checked the hallway and it was as well. I looked for any mopping supplies,( none) I sent a message to host asking if cleaning supplies could be brought up so I could ensure it was done. A day and 1/2 later I got a message asking if supplies were ever delivered (had not).Very disappointed and unhappy about all of that.Our wifi didn't work most of our stay which was very inconvenient due to one of our party needing to work remotely that Friday. They responded quickly and tried doing what they could but ultimately needed to call Spectrum after the weekend was over. They let us know he was welcome to go to the lobby to use their conference room, not ideal but an option.Don't bother seperating recycling , even if your unit has a recycling can as ours did. The complex doesn't offer this service. I never leave unsatisfied reviews but, unfortunately, must this time.
