Come start a vacation tradition in Sandpiper's Unit 408. Imagine waking up in this beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully furnished condominium, making a fresh Keurig cup of coffee, our treat, and enjoying a breathtaking sunrise overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the endless beaches of Mustang Island, TX. As a guest in Sandpiper's Unit 408, this can be done from a private balcony with panoramic views of the ocean, during a walk on our beautiful beaches or from the living room alcove while reading a book. Sandpiper Condominiums is conveniently located between Port Aransas and North Padre Island, TX; our staff offers each guest top notch amenities and customer service that will keep you coming back for years to come.

You will feel right at home with our 3 flat screen TV's ability to access your favorite streaming source including: YouTube TV, Apple TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, but it does not stop there the entire unit is equipped with Spectrum Cable and high speed wireless for our guests who just cannot quite unplug during vacation!

The Master Suite boasts an open floor plan, beautifully decorated King size bed, spacious bathroom with brand new fixtures throughout and a smart TV. Our guests can enjoy a bayside view of Corpus Christi while catching a fiery sunset.

The Guest bedroom features 2 extra-large twin size beds, Smart TV and a modernized bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination with new fixtures and a body sprayer. The bathroom is accessible from the main hall or the bedroom for privacy and convenience of additional guests.

At this point, you have already decided to book our slice of paradise, but there is more! The open floor plan features a kitchen with stainless appliances and all the supplies needed for a vacation cooking show! If you're not the chef type, but enjoy an amazing meal, our staff can recommend the best local eateries. There is a queen size sofa sleeper located in the living room for additional guests; who are fortunate enough to get the best oceanfront views in the condo and free waves crashing to help you sleep! We understand our guests enjoy the views, but vacation is for sleeping in and we have you covered with blinds throughout the condo!

Had to change condos!

We got checked in & went to the condo. There were workers working right above our condo! The noise was awful & lots of dust on the balcony so we wouldn't be able to sit out on it!! Went & got a different condo, which was better. It was on the first floor so we couldn't really see the Gulf! Our original condo was on the 4th floor. The place is nice as long as there's no construction going on!

Loved our time away! Gorgeous view. Condo very well decorated and so easy just to walk in and relax

Great place to getaway. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful balcony - the view was priceless. We grilled out one night and got to enjoy the sunset. So nice and relaxing! Will definitely recommend and come back.

Sibling gathering

The property is located quite close to the beach with a great view from 4th floor balcony. An easy walk to the beach on a boardwalk from the lobby. Chairs stored at the beach. Had a water leak detector that went off a couple of times, shutting off the water. Maintenance was always quick to respond but with no house phone it made contacting front desk a challenge.

Great Location but some issues

The Views and Experience were amazing. I would stay again. The only issue was some water sensors that were continually going off every time someone used the bathroom. Thankfully during the first incident the technician showed me how to reset the system. If this had happened during the middle of the night, We would have left and gone somewhere else. The high pitch noise was hard to miss and we would not have been able to sleep through it.

Winter beach fun

Condo just as described- view wonderful , balcony great! Kitchen very useable and just the right size for us. Beds so comfy and quiet for resting . Staff very friendly and helpful . Even as a winter visit we found fun things to do and local restaurants did not disappoint. Definitely would return to this exact location again .

The property had all the things I was looking for in a place in Port A to come back to again and again. Lovely decor, right on the beach without other nearby properties, short walk to the water, wonderful view, great kitchen, extras in bathrooms. I would love to make it my Port A home whenever I can get down there!

Love staying at the Sandpiper!

Unit 408 was a wonderful condo!! Perfect view of the beach, very modern and updated. Appliances were new, fully equipped kitchen. The "Canopy service" is very easy to use. Just reserve a spot and they set up by 9:00am and take it down at 5:30pm. Chairs/chaise included. Great, super-clean pool. Beach was very clean. All the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Condo not exactly as described

The condo was on the surface clean but really needs a deep clean. Some of the dishes were not cleaned as well as there is dirt and dust under the couch and above surfaces. On the king size bed there were only three pillows. There were additional ones in trash bags in the closet but they were decorative. Each bed only had a sheet and a fleece blanket. There were no comforters on any of the beds which was weird. There were no extra blankets in the entire condo. My husband and I work remote and don't stop even when traveling. The Wifi cut out often not only in the evening when we were streaming but also during our work day. We both were kicked off the network multiple times which was difficult. Maintenance tried to help with the issue but it never got resolved. One of the reviews says that it was great to access the balcony from the master bedroom? There is only access from the living room so this review isn't accurate or was false. When we did address issues with management they attempted to help. The location is nice is you want seclusion. It is the closest condo to the water and our beach walks were really nice. Its hard to find any place closer than this. The condo was decent but for our stay there were just two many things that came up that shouldn't have for the price.

Perfect Location

The unit was exactly as listed! The view from the patio was beautiful! We found the beds to be quite comfortable, but lacking in sufficient blankets. I found a couple of trash bags in the master closet which appeared to contain quilts and decorative pillows that were sized correctly for the beds but was unsure about whether they were ok to use or not. Everything in the unit was clean and functional and appears to be quite recently redone. The kitchen had everything we needed, including what appeared to be a brand new spice rack with full containers of spices. You're given one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so definitely plan to bring your own toilet paper. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and everyone was really good about wearing masks. We will definitely return!

Amazing Property

My husband and I are seasoned travelers and have never had a condo unit as wonderful (for lack of a more descriptive word) as this. The unit itself was incredibly and tastefully decorated which does add to the stay experience. Fully equipped kitchen, although we ate in Port Aransas most evenings. The view, the beach, the location, all were exceptional. Time of year made us feel we had the beach to ourselves in both directions. Property staff pleasant and helpful if we had questions. Extremely clean and well maintained property. Decor beach vibe was great - hated to leave.

Great Stay

Stayed there for couple of nights. Amazing view and really nice condo. Loved the access to balcony from the master bedroom. Amenities were great! Stay was nice. Abel from front desk was very helpful and nice and made the right recommendation while making the reservation. Amazing View and Beautiful property

My husband and I were looking for a beach get away - but also wanted something that felt like staying at a nice resort- and this was a great spot! The condo itself was VERY clean and kitchen stocked well so we made most of our meals there! Easy beach access - and property provides beach chairs and tents (be sure to reserve with front desk) ! Great view from the balcony - had everything we needed - would highly recommend! Great area for grilling on property! Felt like a nice resort!
