  • Our beautiful condo is located on the 3rd floor, also why it's named The Lighthouse. The condo has all the comforts of home, a great place to unwind and relax without many stressful distractions. Looking out each window, there are beautiful views of the pool, lake, pond, and the beach! Which also means it's all within walking distance. The home is fully furnished, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. 2 Twin bunkbeds in one bedroom, and a queen in the master bedroom; can sleep 6 people. Sofa and loveseat, kitchen, and small dining area. There is cable television and internet/WIFI. If you are ready to spend some quality time at the beach, our place is the place to do it. Again, a great place to simply relax and chill!! Check us out! Sorry, no pets or parties allowed.

Nice little spot! Had fun fishing in the pond, swimming, using the gym and of course easy access to the beach. It was a nice place to stay.

Great for a quick getaway

The heated pool was a huge hit and the wall to the beach wasn’t too far. We enjoyed the location and found lots to do within a 15-20 minute drive.

Great getaway

Wonderful condo for our family, including a toddler, pre-teen, and teenager. It was clean, quiet, was in a great location, and had convenient extras (towels and small coolers). Loved our stay - thanks!

Amazing place to stay!

We absolutely loved this property! It was close to the beach, and not far away from several other great places! It was clean, had many things to offer, and the pool and hot tub were a bonus! If we ever go back to CC I will definitely be booking here again!

Beach, pool, clean, kid friendly

We went down for an end of summer long weekend and were very pleased with the space and amenities. It had everything we needed and a close drive to the beach. Very cozy and quiet...except for my kids :)

Nice place!

We enjoyed our beach trip so much! The condo was nice and the location was great! The owner sent us all of the info we needed and responds to communication very quickly! This is a perfect fishing spot and the pool was very clean too!

Love it

We stayed here for the second time. My kids love it. Very clean and nice. Pool area is great. Close to beach. Got to see the hatchlings release again which is so fun. Would obviously stay again.

Nice stay

Perfect for what we needed - good location to everything you need. The TV’s didn’t work in the rooms (internet wouldn’t connect) and we would have enjoyed our stay a lot more if we could have watched tv on our downtime.

This property was perfect. Diana the host was just one of a kind. I have NEVER rented a property and guest gifts were there! I recommend 10 out of 10!!!

Great place for a weekend

We stayed here for a weekend summer trip. We had a great time. The place was cozy and clean. The trip was just a walk away. We definitely recommend having sandals to walk around to the beach. The hosts were great and responded quickly. Make sure you plan your eating out ahead of time.

Perfect condo for the beach

We spent 5 weeks in the condo, which was very well equipped and lacked for nothing. In addition, the development has a nice pool, an excellent fitness room, and even a place to hose off your vehicle. It's an easy walk to the beach and seawall, where we would walk almost every evening. We will absolutely try to book this condo whenever we visit North Padre Island.

Great Location, love the pool!

If you have a family with young kids it awesome! Games, toys, the pool is right next to this condo’s building. Although it was on the 3rd floor, it was definitely manageable. The condo was the right size for us and had a relaxed beach feel about it. We had a wonderful weekend!

Annual beach trip

We loved our stay ! The apartment had everything we needed to make it a great 2 night get away. The kitchen was stocked with most of the utensils and pots and pans that you need We loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying our coffee. There’s plenty of board games in stock. The 3rd floor can get a little exhausting but we managed. The only suggestion I have is somewhere to wash off your legs and feet after coming off the beach. We could not find anything.

Fantastic weekend

Everything was so beautiful! Had I known all I needed to take was just our clothes I would have done just that!! This condo provided everything !!! Been going to Corpus every year for the last 15 years !! First time we stayed here and this is by far the nicest most relaxing cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Communication was great no complaints!! Our family will most definitely be staying here again!! Even though it was 3 flights of stair up it did not matter!

Grandparents and Granddaughters

We stayed during Spring break and there was plenty to do with granddaughters. Nice miniature golf available as well visiting the national seashore and Halls pier. The botanical gardens were availabe well as the USS Lexington. The condo was very clean and filled with amenities. The only thing we drinking were drinking glasses. Weather was cold but the heated pool and hot tub were a big attraction. I did not pay much attention to being on the 3rd floor. It was quiet with no one over your head, but the climb was rough for this 76 and 78 year old.

Nice condo close to the beach

Our family really enjoyed the condo, close to the beach, the AC was nice and cold, and the living spaces were perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults, 2 teens). The kitchen is mostly well-appointed, but, new baking sheets are needed, there are no baking (casserole type) dishes, and no brush/scrubber at the sink. Tinfoil and Saran Wrap and/or a few Tupperware pieces would have been helpful during our stay. Unrelated to the unit, the pool was very crowded during our stay and the water was quite cloudy, so much so it discouraged us from swimming in it. We would rent this unit again in the future.

I really didnt like that the lock gave us so many problems getting into the condo. I also dont like that it doesnt list as a 3rd ffloor

Communication is not great

Check in dates were right on verbo but not on the property side. Check out time was 11 on verbo but the cleaning crew was there at 10am wanting us to leave because the property check out is 10 and not 11 so we had ro rush our stuff out to the curb ( with a family of 5 was definitely not easy! Also some stuff was rotting out and painted over. With how much we paid for it to be lacking in cookware had us trying to figure out what we can cook during our stay. Also my 3yr old kept hitting her head on the sharp corner in the kitchen counter. Other than those few small things it was over all nice

It was ok..

The stay was okay overall, but there were a few frustrating issues. The dryer took an unusually long time, and the door required multiple slams to close properly. The ice maker didn’t work at all, and only one remote controlled all three TVs, which was inconvenient. The jacuzzi was out of order for our entire visit, which was disappointing.While the beach is technically within walking distance, the intense heat made it impractical. We ended up buying a 12 parking pass at Valero, which is valid for the rest of the year.Check-out was listed as 11am, but housekeeping arrived at 10am. Although they were polite, it interrupted our packing and required us to pause and explain.Lastly, I’m sure it lists that they provide a Kurig but I must have missed that. We ended buying a small coffee maker at HEB to avoid paying for the K-cups.

The shower curtain in the main bedroom had a noticeable mildew odor. I attempted to clean it with a spray I found in the closet, but unfortunately, the smell persisted. Additionally, the bunk bed mattress in the bottom left, closest to the door, was not in optimal condition. My adult children, who stayed in that room, encountered a hair clip on the floor that seemed to have been left behind by a previous guest. Also, the couches had covers that looked like they had not been washed. The hallways felt quite musty, likely due to a lack of ventilation. It might be beneficial for the owners to consider installing fans or providing the option for open windows to improve airflow. Overall, it was okay, not the worst we have stayed in, but not the best

Great property for family

Had everything we needed. Easy check in. Nice decor. Clean and comfortable. Third floor was a little difficult for my husband and I but we tried to plan our trips so we didn’t have to make many. Grandkids enjoyed bunk beds. Having a dryer was really nice. We did drive to beach but that worked well for us. Gave some suggestions for blackout curtains in room that faces pool area. There was some late night parties.

Perfect for a short stay

My only complaint was this condo was on the 3rd floor and I don't think I realized that when booking. Otherwise it was fine for a short stay at the beach with the kids. The bunk beds made it easy to seperate them at night, and the patio did overlook the little pond.

Beautiful Apartment!

My family and I loved staying in this apartment. It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. The apartment had everything we need and more. I could tell that the owner took a lot of pride in the property and put extra thought in the details. There were complimentary toiletries, a lovely arrangement of coffees and teas, and beach gear. We would definitely stay here again!
