The inviting front patio is great for sipping your morning coffee or watching evening sunsets. Inside, you will find an open floor plan with bright, coastal-chic decor carried throughout. The living area features a bright red, plush couch with a chaise, a TV with cable and Wi-Fi, and is convenient for watching a movie or your favorite sport. The kitchen is outfitted with everything needed to prepare a meal, from crisp cabinets and new appliances to granite countertops and dishes, as well as basic pots, pans, and utensils. Savor your meals at the cozy table for two. There is additional seating for three at the adjacent bar—the hallway bath features double vanities and a separate tiled tub/shower. There is a full-sized washer and dryer tucked away in the bathroom for your convenience. The bedroom is at the end of the hallway and contains a King bed, TV, nightstands, and a closet. The shared pool has a great common area around it with charcoal BBQ grills and picnic tables. Guests are issued a parking pass for the assigned spot.
