Light-blue 3-bed, 2-bath Port Aransas stilt home for 8 with a private pool heated free November through April, a 6-seat golf cart, and dogs welcome. The beach, groceries, and seafood are about 5 minutes away by cart. YouTube TV, Roku, a full kitchen, 200 Mbps Wi-Fi, plus beach chairs, a wagon, and a cooler ready to go.

The house. Pura Playa is a 2014-built stilt home that sleeps 8. The shaded ground floor is your hangout: private pool, charcoal BBQ pit, cornhole boards, ping-pong table, and a lounge area. Upstairs you'll find a bright, open living room and kitchen with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- Primary bedroom: queen bed and private bathroom
- Second bedroom: queen bed
- Kids' room: bunk bed with a trundle
- Living room: the couch sleeps an 8th guest

Free winter pool heat. Your private pool is heated at no charge November through April, and you control the temperature, so a cold front is no reason to stay dry. Winter Texans and stays of 28+ nights are welcome. Want heat May–October? No problem: it's $50 per night, just ask.

Beach-ready. Beach chairs, an umbrella or canopy, a wagon, a cooler, and sand toys are here for you. Please bring your own beach towels (we don't provide them), and you're welcome to bring your own gear too.

Getting around and parking. A 6-passenger golf cart is included for beach and town runs (licensed, insured drivers 25+). There's parking for 2 cars at the house. A small boat (under 19 ft) can park in front of the house. Longer boats can park along Station Street or in Port Aransas public parking. Self check-in with a keypad. Fast 200 Mbps Wi-Fi.

Dogs welcome. Up to 4 dogs, $100 per pet.

What to expect. Expect a great time, a clean house, a little sand in the pool, and a well-loved golf cart. You're at the beach! We're always around to help during your stay, so just let us know if you need anything.
