Located just two blocks from the beach in the heart of Port Aransas and nestled within the desirable Gulf Village neighborhood, Ocean Devotion is a vibrant and thoughtfully designed four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom beach house that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. With a private pool, two spacious living areas, and a layout designed for both comfort and privacy, this home is the ultimate coastal retreat for families and groups.
Step inside to discover a cheerful, coastal-inspired interior with an open-concept floor plan that’s perfect for gathering. The main level features a bright and airy living space with a flat-screen TV, oversized dining table for 12, and a well-stocked chef’s kitchen complete with a large center island and barstool seating for 4. A half bath and full laundry room are also located on the main floor for added convenience.
Ocean Devotion offers three king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV, ensuring everyone enjoys a private and restful stay. The bunk room is a kid-friendly haven with two twin beds and two full beds—also featuring its own ensuite. One king suite is located on the main floor, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, a second lounge area with a sleeper sofa opens to a balcony that faces the Gulf. It’s the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or catch one of Port A’s stunning sunrises. With plenty of space to unwind, everyone in your group will find their favorite corner to relax.
Head out back to enjoy your own private heated pool (with optional heating for a fee), outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating to soak up the Texas sunshine. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 30th.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this home.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
