Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features tile flooring throughout as well as a modern kitchen. There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop range, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 4, with a king bed and a fold out sofa bed. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful decor. *Please note that sofa beds are more suitable for children rather than adults. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles.
