The Space:
The space is a newly remodeled three bedroom home designed for comfort, relaxation, and convenience. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. The home offers a comfortable living area to unwind after a day at the beach, a fully equipped kitchen for meals at home, and clean, modern finishes throughout. With plenty of natural light and a calm residential setting, the space feels peaceful while still being close to everything Corpus Christi has to offer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full private access to the entire home during their stay.
Entry is easy and contact free. The home is equipped with an automated smart lock, and a unique door code will be generated specifically for your reservation. Your personal access code will be sent to you prior to check in and will remain active for the duration of your stay.
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street directly in front of the home. Please park only in designated areas and be mindful of neighbors in this quiet residential community.

The Neighborhood:
Do you like eating out, like Andy's Kitchen, Dave & Buster's, Long Horn Steak House, Ramen Legend, and Chuck E. Cheese. And if your looking for the best in town eat at Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet. My god that place is tasty. Ohhh… I forgot about my new favorite seafood restaurant, surfing crab (be sure to go early since the lines normally are pretty long but it’s very worth of the wait).
Getting Around:
There is plenty to enjoy just minutes from the home, making it easy to fill your days with fun, food, and coastal adventure.
• Texas State Aquarium is about a 10 to 12 minute drive and is perfect for families and kids.
• USS Lexington is about 10 to 12 minutes away and offers a unique historical experience.
• Downtown Corpus Christi is roughly 10 minutes away with local dining, bars, museums, and events.
• Cole Park is about 8 minutes away and is great for walking, biking, and waterfront views.
• Corpus Christi Bay is about 8 to 10 minutes away for sunsets, fishing, and relaxing by the water.
• North Beach is about 12 to 15 minutes away and is ideal for swimming and beach days.
• Padre Island and the State Park are about 20 to 25 minutes away for long beach walks, nature, and wildlife.

Other Things to Note:
We provide the towels for the number of people staying. Please don’t take the bath towels outside for swimming or other usage.
We do provide most of cookwares, basic seasoning ingredients, 1 roll of paper towels, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom regardless of how many days you stay. If you need more things during your stay, HEB grocery store nearby is your friend.
We would like to ensure that the AC function nice and cool during your stay so in order to prevent overheating/overrunning to cause some issues on AC, especially during super-HOT summer in TX, the temperature will be controlled above 70 degrees.
This is TX. We got lots of bugs/mosquitos friends. We try our best to treat it and keep it out of the house but chances are that they might sneak in when you open and close the door. If see a couple, please say bye bye and clean them.
