Great Padre Island Family Escape Located 5 min away from several sandy beaches This is a Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Townhome on North Padre Island 15 min away to Port Aransas and 20 min away from downtown Corpus Christi! You can enjoy a Day at the beach, the night stars and then relax in this beautiful property!

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for some great cooking with a bar top island that seats 4 guests for a quick bite.
A spacious living room that leads to the outdoor Patio and backyard to relax and just hang out .
The Dining Table seats 6 to 8 guests and there is also a comfy sofa near by. With a TV for entertaining.

Downstairs is A King size bed with a TV for your entertainment and an attached full shower tub with double vanity sink.
Upstairs guests have access to 2 bedrooms 1 with a King size bed and a deck where you can sit and have a coffee while enjoying the view.. There is a TV and a desk for your accommodation.
The other room has 2 Double size beds and has access to the Full shower tub with double sink vanity. There is also a TV

Stepping into the hallway there is a work desk accompanied with chairs where you can relax, read a book or use your computer comfortably!
There is also a washer and dryer in place for laundry.

Your fur family is welcome we allow up to 2 small dogs 15 pounds and under or 1 dog 25 pounds and under. We ask that you follow the rules and care of the home with your fur family. So we can maintain the home for future guests!
The pet fee is a $100 dollar flat fee. Please ask about our rules.

We are near all attractions Texas Sea Life, South Texas Botanical Gardens, And beautiful White Cap Beach!

Great location and the home was beautiful!! We didn’t get to use the grill, but they had everything we needed if we wanted to. It was nice to get there at our own leisure. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. We definitely will be renting this house again for our family. It fit 8 comfortably. Two of the rooms for a couple each and the room with two beds for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The townhome was clean, beautifully-furnished, and well laid out. Shopping, restaurants, and beach just minutes away! Host sent us a large amount of information about all the amenities and things to do in Port Aransas and the area. Would totally stay here again!

Location is what I went for and it was great. Also, wanted a separate living area for grandchildren and it worked out well. We live at South Padre Island in a beach condo and met my son’s family at a half way point. Overall, it worked out great. Wife says we will be back, so there’s your stamp of approval.

Some of the furniture is a bit dingy and we were only given 1 roll of paper towels for the entire stay. The blankets on the beds are really thin so I would recommend bringing more blankets if you isually use more than a sheet. There were no extra blankets. There were only 8 towels and 2 hand towels in the whole place. No sand toys or boogie boards and TV's had Rolu remotes wothout actually having a Roku player. The back patio butts up to a popular bar restaurant but there were no ossues with noise. No water hose, only a spicket to remove sand from beach items. Neighbors were quiet, no barking, dogs. Overall not bad.

The pictures of certain things were filtered. Had an ant problem one night because of hard rain. Brought a bunch of food to grill because said it had a grill but really didn’t. I think we paid a little too much for the property but the location was perfect to the beach.

Great Stay

Best Mattress I’ve ever slept on! Listing says it has a pool but it’s not there. If pool is a deal breaker don’t book. Backyard is great for dogs and the balcony is great for relaxing! Close to the beach and food.

Just what we needed!

This stay was exactly what our family needed for a quick little getaway. Edith was super responsive to messages and was great to work with. Will definitely be staying here again if and when we come back to the area!

Relaxing beach weekend

The property was very nicely decorated and clean. There was plenty of room for our family. The exception was the couch in the living room since it was a bit tight for our family to fit on. However, we had fun turning one of the spare bedrooms into a movie room.

Quiet Area and Spacious Living

We enjoyed ourselves at Edith’s townhome. Every area was so spacious and clean. I would recommend anyone to stay here. Two things I feel could be improved on and this is only my personal thoughts. ~While I realize corpus water is awful, the shower heads need changing. The pressure was so light that I could not shower well. New heads and water softener would be ideal. ~With how many ppl this place accommodates, the living room seating was not ideal. There was one couch and a big dining table and bar stools. We wanted to watch movies and couldn’t bc we all couldn’t sit comfortably. Sitting in a dining chair isn’t ideal. We had to mostly separate into bedrooms to watch TV. That being shared, this is only my opinion and nothing that would cause my rating to drop. Just some friendly suggestions of betterment. Thank you!

Great location

It was a great location and place. Highly reccomend to anyone wanting to stay. Felt safe. We were on motorcycles and wished we could park them inside the garage heard that people were stealing motorcycles but overall neighborhood is safe and i cant complain. The only complaint i have is when people flush or use water upstairs we can hear it from the pipes and it loud. So I'm assuming the pipes are behind the bottom stairs bed. Would i stay at location next year if available i would.

4th of July Vacay

Including myself there was eight of us in my family. When it was time to leave none of us wanted to go...that is how comfortable we were there. Plenty of things to do...shop...eat out, and of course the main attraction, the beach. The home was set up perfectly to start. Beds were comfortable. Hot showers. We had a blast!!

Clean & Convinient

We stayed for only a couple days at the property, check in and out was easy and they communicated very well. The property was clean and convinient to local restaurants. would stay here again.
