Villa-Real is a stilt home located on a cul-de-sac street in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the Community Pool (heated during the winter months) City Park with a playground and dog park, 0.6 miles to restaurants, shops and nightlife and a quick 1.3-mile drive to the beach.
This newly remodeled home has an open and inviting floor plan. The cozy living room is furnished with a couch (Queen sleeper sofa), loveseat and two matching armchairs made for relaxing and watching movies on the wall-mounted Smart TV by logging into your personal streaming service accounts. Try out your culinary skills in the spacious kitchen supplied with white and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table with seating for eight and additional seating for four at the bar. Kids will love sleeping in the guest room (BR2) on the Twin over Twin bunk bed, with the use of a chest, closet and nightstand. The second bedroom (BR3) consists of a Twin over Full bunk bed with trundle, closet and chest. These two bedrooms share a hall bathroom made up of a vanity and stand-alone shower with a glass door. Retreat to the master bedroom (BR1) outfitted with a Queen bed, closet, nightstands and dresser. The ensuite bathroom is appointed with a large vanity and tub/shower. A full-size washer and dryer are tucked neatly in the hallway behind folding doors for your convenience. Sip your morning coffee on the covered balcony while taking in the sunrise in the ocean breeze. Below the home is a covered area for sitting in the shade, offers a private outside shower for rinsing or take to a shower after a long day at the beach, or cooking on the barbeque pit and covered parking. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower after a day at the beach.
Extra added amenities include: Iron / Ironing board, hairdryers, outdoor basketball hoop (bring your own ball), outdoor ping pong table, Wii gaming system, DVD player, Smart TV for your personal streaming service accounts, numerous board games, card games and movies.
